Why to have a spoon lids automation system

For the convenience and food security. More and more cold drink enterprise choose to have the sucker or spoon placed between the label and the cap. But to have the spoon caps labeled manually not only inefficient but also difficult to ensure the quality of the lids. It's impossible to meet the demand of a scale cold drink enterprise in peak season. As reported that some spoon lids manufacturer have to have all the staffs include the sales and office lady to label the lids just for an on time delivery. This situation will not only disturb the running of the enterprise but also its development.  To solve this problem, SWITEK put on market the spoon lids auto-labeling system.

The configuration and advantage of SWITEK spoon lids automation system

SWITEK spoon automation is designed for the labeling unit of the spoon lids to increase the production efficiency. It'll have the spoon lids well labeled and stacked. It'll need 4 staffs during production. Two of them to have the lids placed on the assembly line and the other two staffs have the spoons placed on the lids for labeling. The labeling capacity of this system is 8 seconds / 12 pcs and around 120,000~140,000 pcs/day to meet the demand of a scale cold drink enterprise in the peak season.

To upgrade the semi-automated spoon lids system to a full automation solution

For scale cold drink enterprise who demand a  higher level of automation to reduce the labor cost, SWITEK R&D team also provided an optional solution, which to have two injection molding machine, one for lids injection molding production and the other for spoon production. Two sets of conveyor will have the spoons and lids delivered to two vibrators separately to be well positioned.And them a set of suckers will help to place the spoons on the lids for labeling. By the end of the system is the auto-packing system for have the well stacked lids box packed.

Warning: For full automation spoon lids solution it must take the shape of the spoon into consideration to enable the spoons could be sorted by a vibrator. A folded spoon is not suitable for a full automated system. For details please contact the sales.
